Coachella Rolls Out 2012 Lineup with Radiohead, Bon Iver and the Weeknd

Year after year, music fans flock to Indio, CA for the Coachella Music Festival expecting to see not only top draws of the day, but some spectacular reunion sets. On that note, there's no surprise here: this year's event, which runs two separate weekends (April 13-15, April 20-22) is full of big hitters from both spectrums.

Headlining duties for each night will be handled by long-running veteran acts, with the Black Keys on each Friday, Radiohead on the Saturdays, and a tag-team performance from Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre closing out both Sundays. On top of that, a number of current acts to perform at the California concert event include Bon Iver, M83, Azealia Banks, Frank Ocean, Girls, Cat Power, Neon Indian, Justice, Florence and the Machine, Beirut, WU LYF, AraabMuzik, the Shins, Feist, A$AP Rocky, Andrew Bird, St. Vincent, Destroyer, Real Estate, Wild Flag and more. It should also be noted that beloved T-dot R&B crooner the Weeknd will be making an appearance, marking his first booked U.S. performance.

If you're salivating for the sounds of yesteryear, there are a number of retro-minded reunion sets to pick from. Primed to blast the shape of punk about ten years ago, both At the Drive-In, who just tweeted their rebirth earlier today (January 9), and fellow tight-panted post-hardcore heroes Refused will grace Coachella, as will reformed Britpop darlings Pulp. Also angling to get into the groove are punk bassist extraordinaire Mike Watt's old outfit fIREHOSE and another reunion set from post-rock greats Godspeed You! Black Emperor.

Weekend passes have yet to go on sale for this year's Coachella, but you can check out the rest of the line-up on their website.
