Clues, Witchies and Gambletron Embark on Pop Montreal's Second Annual Pop Off Tour

It looks as if this summer is gearing up to be a pretty excellent one for music fans and concertgoers. Band line-ups for music festivals and summer tours are jam-packed with talent, and as expected, Pop Montreal's second Pop Off Tour is no different.

For nine days beginning at the end of July, Pop Montreal, with the support of Sirius Satellite Radio, is presenting three of the most creative and artistic talents to come out of Montreal. On the tour this season is the newest musical project from Alden Penner (the Unicorns) and Brendan Reed (Arcade Fire), Clues, who just released their Exclaim!-approved self-titled debut last month. Joining them will be melodramatic songsters Witchies and one-woman musical force of disjointed noise Gambletron.
