Following the sudden drop of the Wriggle EP, rap experimentalists Clipping. have given its title track some seriously tripped-out visuals, complete with a lot of blood, gore and general mind-questioning insanity.
The video was directed by Rodney Ascher, the filmmaker behind The Shining-exploring documentary Room 237. Within, the clip comes loaded with an insane amount of pop culture snippets, all spun and frantically cut up. There's everything from Pulp Fiction and Stark Trek to Bill Cosby, Oprah and the Hulk.
Watch the "Wriggle" below.
As some Clipping. fans may remember, the band's Jonathan Snipes lent a hand in composing the music for Ascher's Room 237. Oh, and the group's Daveed Diggs just won a Tony for playing Thomas Jefferson in Hamilton.
Wriggle is out now via Sub Pop, and you can also check out the EP below the new video.
