Chromatics have an album called Dear Tommy on the way, and now they've shared a cut called "Just Like You."
Beginning with an airy swoosh of synths, the song incoproates a plodding beat and melancholic, breathy vocals. Some wordless harmonies and a fluttering hi-hat push the track into slightly more lush, dramatic territory, but this is still a decidedly low-key slow-burner of a tune.
Dear Tommy had originally been slated to come out before Valentine's Day on Italians Do It Better, but that seems fairly unlikely given that February 14 is just a couple of days away. A firm release date is still forthcoming.
