Published Jan 14, 2013Having quit Girls last year, sad-sack songwriter Christopher Owens is now going it alone and will put out his debut solo disc, Lysandre, tomorrow (January 15) through Fat Possum Records. To mark the release, he has announced a new batch of West Coast tour dates.
This leg includes eight shows in the second half of March. Most of the gigs are along America's West Coast, but there's also a single Canadian appearance in Vancouver on March 29.
Prior to the March outing, Owens will complete his previously announced winter tour. This features Canuck engagements in Toronto and Montreal. See the full schedule below, and stay tuned for an Exclaim! review of Lysandre.
Thanks to Consequence of Sound for the tip.
