Published Jan 21, 2013Chief Keef's legal troubles just keep on coming. Only a few days ago, the 17-year-old rap prodigy was sentenced to 60 days in a juvenile detention centre for violating his parole, and he was also sued for no-showing at a concert in London, UK. Now, the Chicago rapper also known as Keith Cozart has been sued for child support after allegedly fathering a baby back in 2011.
According to TMZ, the plaintiff claims that he is the father of her baby daughter. Keef was reportedly just 15 at the time, and the girl in question is allegedly still in middle school, meaning that she may have been even younger.
The girl is apparently seeking child support to cover health insurance and other medical bills. It's not clear exactly how much cash she's seeking. Neither Keef nor the girl's family have commented publicly on the matter.
However this one turns out, another lawsuit is probably the last thing Keef needs right now.
