Chief Keef

"First Day Out" (video)

Now that Chief Keef has been released from a juvenile detention centre after serving 60 days for probation violation, the young Chicago rapper is back on his rap game and preparing material for his upcoming Bang Pt. 2 mixtape. Up next is the newly unveiled video for "First Day Out."

Stylistically, the song has him jumping even further into the sing-song flows he ran with on "Love Sosa," but his voice sounds oddly gravelly and mumbly as he goes through semi-melodic lines about Louis bags, choppas in the closet and having "hoes everywhere." As for the visuals, we once again are treated to a basic set up of the dude spitting from inside a suburban home.
