Check Out Reviews of Slash, Six Feet Under, Codeine and More in Our New Release Roundup

If you're hoping to get caught up on the latest new music, there's plenty to dive into in Exclaim!'s Recently Reviewed section. So with a new batch of album reviews to peruse, check out some of the highlights below.

First up, Slash returns with his second solo effort, Apocalyptic Love, with a new band and frontman to frame his famous shredding. Read the review to find out if the album lives up to Slash's Guns N' Roses past.

Meanwhile, death metal veterans Six Feet Under are back with Undead, their new album featuring the legendary vocalist Chris Barnes working with a new lineup. Also Peterborough natives Tarantuela have chemistry to burn on the Exclaim!-approved Good Luck-Black Cat-Bad Luck, while Cory Branan lets his varied influences shine through on the appropriately titled MUTT.

And lastly, slowcore pioneers Codeine have their work anthologized in the extensive reissue campaign When I See the Sun, which receives an Exclaim! Mark of Excellence, and Copenhagen DJ duo Laid Back rework some of their own 30-year-old dance tracks on the EP Cosyland.
