Check Out Reviews of Hot Chip, Midlake, Pawel and More in New Release Tuesday

So it's Tuesday again, which means it's time for our new release round-up. Head on over to Exclaim!'s Recently Reviewed section to check out what's up for grabs.

First up, we have the latest from UK electro/geek rock quintet Hot Chip, One Life Stand, which we write "is a step up for Hot Chip, exposing the album's vulnerability through calculated ruminations." Then there's Descending Shadows, the latest from Portland garage punk pioneers Pierced Arrows, who pick up where their old outfit Dead Moon left off on their Vice Records debut.

On the Exclaim!-recommended front, we have Pawel's self-titled debut release, a shimmering display of minimal techno that we say could easily become one of the best releases of 2010. Also, Exclaim! recommends Midlake's The Courage of Others, where classically haunting tunes come to life with this Texas quintet's third album release.

Songstress Georgia Anne Muldrow also has a new album out today, as does Rob Zombie, who returns with Hellbilly Deluke 2: Noble Jakals, Penny Dreadfuls and the Sustematic Dehumization of Cool.

Keep stopping over to the Exclaim! Recently Reviewed section for the latest in new material and also make sure to stay on top of all the latest releases by visiting our New and Forthcoming Release Dates page.
