Check Out Reviews of Animal Collective, Stars, Kid Koala and More in Our New Release Roundup
Although the summer is coming to a close, there are still plenty of amazing new releases hitting stores and download sites as the season winds down. To find a new record to start the new season, head over to Exclaim!'s Recently Reviewed section and read up on some of the best, and worst, albums to come out this week. Here are a few highlights.

First, Animal Collective have released their new record Centipede Hz. With this highly anticipated album, the band showcase a more organic sound while still hitting you with crazy atmospheric jams that remind you of their earlier works. But does it top the much-loved Merriweather Post Pavilion?

Next, Stars' new record, The North, holds plenty of retro charm, while the California psych rockers the Fresh & Onlys are close to their big breakthrough with their fourth album, Long Slow Dance. And Mount Eerie brings plenty walls of sound with Ocean Roar.

Lastly, in electronic releases, Kid Koala delivers a bluesy and barebones record with his sixth studio album 12 Bit Blues, and Maria Minerva brings us something strange but still very fun, new and interesting with her latest record, Will Happiness Find Me?
