After contributing silky vocals to BADBADNOTGOOD's IV number "In Your Eyes," Toronto singer Charlotte Day Wilson has announced her debut EP. To give us a taste, she's now streaming a slow-mo stunner called "Find You."
The track mixes melancholy lounge piano, twilight sparkle synth work and delicate digi-snaps with Wilson's "late-night-missing-you" state of mind. As it goes on, introducing us to a round of sensual sax melodies, she reports that despite having someone wrapped up in her bed, "there's something missing."
You can stream the cut below, courtesy of Zane Lowe's Beats 1 program, while Wilson's CDW is due August 26. The six-song collection also includes previously previewed single "Work" and "After All."
CDW:
1. On Your Own
2. Work
3. After All
4. Where Do You Go (prod. by River Tiber)
5. Find You
6. Reprise
