Charlotte Cornfield Gears Up for Debut LP with Cross-Canada Tour

BY Alex HudsonPublished May 27, 2011

If you haven't heard Montreal up-and-comer Charlotte Cornfield yet, the songwriter is aiming to change that soon. This summer, she's going to be heading out on a cross-Canada tour in preparation for her debut full-length.

The lengthy outing will take Cornfield through Ontario in June and out to the West Coast in July and August. There are a number of festival dates, as well as small cafe shows.

Along the way, she will be selling her new limited-edition Construction on the Street EP. This will lead up to her full-length debut, Two Horses, which is slated for a fall release.

You can preview two songs -- "Construction on the Street" and "Gananoque" -- over at Bandcamp. The former is streaming at the bottom of this page.
