BY Sarah MurphyPublished Nov 25, 2015

British popstar and songwriter for the stars Charli XCX has unveiled a new documentary project titled The F Word and Me. It follows the singer on tour in support of Sucker, talking to a range of artists about what feminism means in today's culture — specifically in the male-dominated music industry.

It opens at Glastonbury, where she talks to artists like Charlotte Church and Ibeyi and points out the conflicting expectations for female performers. From there, she gets into deeper conversations with artists like Hannah Diamond, Jack Antonoff, Marina and the Diamonds and Ryn Weaver.

The film was made in conjunction with BBC Three, and you can watch the full 40-minute documentary in the player below.
