"Moth to the Flame"

The pre-release promo push behind Chairlift's new Moth LP is white hot at the moment, with just a week to go before the Brooklyn band give up the goods in full. To stoke our anticipation even further, they're now previewing the collection with de facto title track "Moth to the Flame."

The fluttery, club-geared single was premiered today (January 13) through Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show. It finds the band's Caroline Polachek's breathy vocals spiraling high into the sky, as if attracted to a freshly turned-on lightbulb. The post-disco number comes affixed with swerved and shimmery beats, a few choppy vocal samples and an assortment of neon synth sounds.

You can hear the duo's latest single below, while Moth flaps into stores January 22 via Columbia Records.
