Though he passed away earlier this year, the late soundtrack great Ennio Morricone would have celebrated his 92nd birthday today. He is now being remembered with a new documentary fittingly titled Celebrating Ennio Morricone: The Secrets Behind His Genius.
The 25-minute documentary was directed by Pierpaolo De Sanctis and Ruggero Longoni. The film sees Morricone's closest collaborators reunite at Morricone's Forum Studios in Rome to remember his legacy.
The film sees Giorgio Carnini, Bruno Battisti D'Amario, Gianni Oddi, Enrico Pieranunzi and Edda Dell'Orso have a listening session for Morricone's recent album Morricone Segreto, which arrived last week.
