Cee Lo and Gwyneth Paltrow to Collaborate Post-'Fuck You'
Cee Lo Green's "Fuck You" was one of 2010's most inescapable pop songs. The jaunty tune captured the attention of many via its classic Motown sound, while a good chunk of listeners stuck around for Green's peppy, potty-mouthed tirade. The tune also managed to wriggle its way onto TV's most popular high school musical, Glee, and found itself sung by Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow. However, considering it was broadcasted on national television, censors had the star bastardize the song into the more kid-friendly "Forget You."

With Paltrow's current role as a country singer in Country Strong further flexing her vocal chops, it's only natural that people have started asking about the possibility of a duet with former Goodie Mob member Green. For the record, Green has given us a strong indication that it will happen sooner or later.

Talking to E! Online, the soul singer said that a collaboration with Paltrow could pop up in the near future.

"We're actually working on something," he said. "We've been considering a few things actually. You know, we'll see what pans out. It's a little too early to commit to a statement and I won't ruin the surprise because whatever we're going to do is going to be extra cool."

While Paltrow's Glee performance cleaned up Cee Lo's profanity-laced pop tune, he himself would only consider appearing on the show uncut and uncensored.

"If they're ready to go there and get down and dirty, then we got ourselves a deal. I'll do it then," he explained. "I curse like a sailor... Every couple words."

As cool as that would be, we're not holding our breath for a Cee Lo cameo on the tube anytime soon.
