Following up last year's inaugural event that featured headliners the Roots as well as the New Pornographers, Bedouin Soundclash, Bad Brains and Tegan & Sara, the Rogers Picnic apparently has its sights set for an even stronger bill this summer.
Set to happen July 20 at Toronto's Historic Fort York, the Second Annual Rogers Picnic is rumoured to have City & Colour headline above a strong list of names including Cat Power, Animal Collective, current Exclaim! cover stars Tokyo Police Club, Junior Boys, Born Ruffians, Chromeo and the Carps.
Though these names are only floating around as "tentative," an official announcement regarding who is actually confirmed to play the event is bound to happen any time now, considering the festival season is almost upon us.
