There's only about a month to go before French dance duo Cassius officially takes us to their imaginary utopia, Ibifornia. Ahead of time, they're streaming the record's infectious and informatory title track.
The song is an eight-minute epic that hits the senses hard with its green grass rustling rhythms, assorted nature sounds, house synths and one Ibifornia native's sensual spelling lesson. "F," for instance, is for forever, which may be how long Cassius fans will be spinning the record once it's out.
Previously described in a press release as "a panoramic extravaganza of disco, funk, house, soul, afrobeat, synth-pop, psychedelia, hip-hop and gospel," Ibifornia comes out June 24 via Interscope/Polydor.
