As previously announced, Cassette Store Day is set to return this year on September 27 and the official list of albums making it to tape has finally been unveiled.
The second annual event will feature the latest releases from the Strokes' frontman Julian Casablancas and Yeah Yeah Yeahs leading lady Karen O, as well as limited-edition offerings from Best Coast, J Dilla, Madvillain, Foxygen, Vivian Girls, Cloud Nothings and the Gaslight Anthem.
For those wanting to pop some Can-con into their Walkman, you're in luck — releases are also expected from the Rural Alberta Advantage, White Lung, Zeus and Babe Rainbow.
