Caroline Polachek's Desire, I Want to Turn Into You was our Best Album of 2023. You could say we're frothing at the mouth for more ways to glimpse becoming yearning, and the visionary artist has seemingly confirmed that the possible is looking particularly pretty these days.
On the red carpet at this weekend's Grammys, Polachek was asked about what she was working on. One particular interviewer sung the praises of her non-album single, last October's "Dang," which the singer-songwriter hinted at being a part of something greater.
"'Dang' may or may not be part of a Valentine's gift, upcoming this February," Polachek told Rolling Stone's correspondent. "It's a romantic month, isn't it?"
This better not just be some remixes or something. Give us bonus tracks! Let them eat blood and butter!
