Cardi B's "I Like It" Gets an "Anime" Video from Warner Music Japan

Spoiler: no one likes it

Cardi B has had a huge year thanks to the success of her debut album Invasion of Privacy, among other things. In fact, things were going so well that it was only a matter of time before people started plastering her name on shitty things. That seems to be the case with a new, animated video for her hit "I Like It."

Uploaded by Warner Music Japan and subtitled "[Japan Anime Edtion]" (sic), the video is not exactly Studio Ghibli. Instead, it looks like the cheap, lazy animation that would accompany a predatory freemium iPhone app. While you watch, don't be surprised if a pop-up appears asking for your credit card to unlock more gold tokens or whatever.

The video is currently getting downvoted to oblivion on YouTube, but you can decide for yourself whether or not you like it by clicking play below.
