Cardi B and Offset had a very public breakup, followed by some rather regrettable attempts from the latter to win the former back. Now, they are making their split legally binding, as Cardi B has filed for divorce.

Cardi B reportedly filed divorce papers today in Georgia. According to TMZ, she is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture.

She is seeking child support money from Offset, as well as requesting that he pay her legal expenses. She's asking for "an equitable division of all marital assets."

The documents clarify that the couple are currently separated with "no prospects for a reconciliation." Page Six reports that the contested divorce hearing will take place on November 4.

The couple secretly married in 2017. Later that year, they announced the news when Offset proposed to her onstage (even though they were actually already wed at the time).
