As Cancer Bats gear up for their new acoustic effort, the band are treating the collection's "Deathsmarch to a New Acoustic Beat" to a music video.

The clip in support of You'll Never Break Us: Separation Sessions Vol. 1 was shot entirely on cellphones and, according to a press release, "gives fans a glimpse into the band's recording process when not in the studio together and highlights the unique qualities of each members separate life when not on tour; drummer Mike Peters in Winnipeg with his sons, bassist/guitarist Jaye Schwarzer in his Wood shop in Toronto, guitarist Scott Middleton with his son in his studio in Dundas, lead vocalist Liam Cormier hanging in the woods ripping dirt bikes in Nova Scotia and guest vocalist and long-time friend Nick Sherman out in Thunder Bay."

In a statement, Cormier said: "I really love how the footage balances out the heavier tone of the song and everything that's happening in the world right now. On one hand we can't be together making music, but on the other we get to also spend this time doing the things we love and being with our families we love the most. To me it really takes on a whole other element of the song and the statement Hey World You'll Never Break Us."

You'll Never Break Us: Separation Sessions Vol. 1 arrives exclusively through Bandcamp on December 16, with wider release scheduled for December 18 through Bat Skull Records in collaboration with New Damage Records.
