Having kept the pregnancy a secret, Cameron Diaz and Good Charlotte's Benji Madden have announced the birth of their daughter, Raddix Madden.
Diaz revealed the news with a "happy new year" mesage on Instagram, writing that the couple would be protecting their daughter's privacy and not posting any photos of her. They added, "She is really really cute!! Some would even say RAD :)."

Diaz, 47, and Madden, 40, have been together since 2014 and married in 2015. This is the first child for both of them.
Diaz retired from acting following 2014's Annie. Most recently, she released the 2016 health book The Longevity Book: The Science of Aging, the Biology of Strength, and the Privilege of Time.
