French duo Camel Power Club are ready to unveil a brand new clip for their latest single "Drift," and Exclaim! is pleased to premiere it.
Camel Power Club finds two childhood pals bringing together their shared appreciation for music, spanning genres from blues to folk to house to "deep dub weird electronic music" — all the while trying to fit their own creations within the parameters of a pop song.
Their latest offering is titled "Drift," which tells the story of a hopeless fellow who has given up on "putting any sort of effort into his life." It's now been given the visual treatment courtesy of filmmaker Pierre Jaffres. The stunning clip features shots of vast outdoor landscapes and sees two lonesome characters meeting and forging a connection in the middle of nowhere.
It's a gorgeous accompaniment to the sultry, introspective song, and you can give it a watch in the player below.
