Cam’ron’s Doing It For the Kids

Rapper Cam’ron is taking the Candid Camera shtick to a new level. In a bid to confront and expose paedophiles that take advantage of children through the internet, the rapper is luring sexual predators in a series of sting operations planned for release on DVD in October. "These people drive 200, 300 miles just to meet a 13- or 14-year-old,” he said. "We set up a similar situation where we are videotaping people thinking they’re gonna meet little kids. When they get there, it’s gonna be me and [my manger] Big Joe like, ‘What the hell are you doing, you damn pervert? What the fuck is wrong with you?’ We’re gonna talk to them and not let them leave until we find out what’s wrong with them.” So far, Cam’ron and his crew have caught two people and plan to film eight more, all without police involvement.
