Burnt Friedman and the Nu Dub Players

Fun and funky, Can’t Cool is a collaborative effort by Burnt Friedman and the Nu Dub Players, a collective consisting of 14 musicians and four vocalists from New Zealand, Australia and Germany. Meandering playfully between percussive rhythms and reggae-inspired grooves, Can’t Cool features no less than eight vocal tracks, which heighten all the electro-acoustic revelry. The overall feel is seriously soulful, and it is all sweetened with a nu dub sensibility that makes Can’t Cool an intimate feeling audio excursion.
