Broken Social Scene Show Off Toronto's "Skyline" in New Video

They also establish peanut butter and Foreigner as the foundations of any solid friendship

Broken Social Scene returned with Hug of Thunder earlier this year, and now "Skyline" from that record has been given the music video treatment.

The clip follows the friendship between the band's Brendan Canning and skate photographer Dimitri Karakostas, ultimately declaring peanut butter and the music of Foreigner as the staples to any solid camaraderie.

Their journey through Toronto includes trips to the waterfront, the dentist's office and — one of Toronto's most hated traffic jam supercentres — the Don Valley Parkway. Of course, the city's skyline also gets featured prominently.

Take it all in by watching the video for "Skyline" down below.
