Superstar of 2014, meet superstar of 1999. Two generations of insanely famous people have united, as Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears have released a collaborative video for their new single "Pretty Girls."
While the song is an incredibly modern-sounding pop-rap crossover, the video riffs on '90s-style Valley Girl clichés (à la Clueless) with an outer space twist. In in the clip, Iggy arrives on Earth as an extraterrestrial and she hits the town with Britney. They meet some guys for a carwash dance party, frolic in a shower of bills from a malfunctioning ATM, and cruise in a convertible before hitting up a club. Eventually, the two are summoned by Iggy's home planet.
