Bradley Cooper Shoots Down the Possibility of Touring 'A Star Is Born' with Lady Gaga

But he does have a pretty good idea for a live show

A Star Is Born is one of the best-worst movies of all time, and we've all been dreaming that it's a real-life love story ever since it happened. Despite the fact that Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga had us quivering where we sat during their Oscar performance, however, the pair won't be teaming up for a tour any time soon.

Dashing our dreams of more Jackson Maine/Allie cosplay, Cooper revealed he doesn't really want to get in the van and go on tour. That said, he's got a pretty good idea on how to bring back the characters.

"What I thought would be a cool thing to do, maybe one night, is a live reading of the movie, of the script, and sing all the songs as you're reading the script," Cooper said while on Ellen today. "Like, at the Hollywood Bowl or something. That would be cool, right? Yeah."

As for his Oscar performance, Cooper said he wasn't nervous, adding his own version of the "100 people in the room" speech.

"I actually wasn't nervous 'cause I worked so hard. I just worked really hard, and Lady Gaga is so supportive," he said. "But it was terrifying, absolutely, yeah. 'Cause I'm not a singer and I didn't sing before this movie, so it was really crazy. But it just shows if you do work really hard and you're with supportive people, you can do things that you never dreamed possible."
