Fans of Liturgy, Krallice and the like, take note, as Ontario imprint Profound Lore has announced plans to issue III, a new album form Bay Area indie black metal four-piece Bosse-De-Nage.
After a highly sought after cassette demo released by Worm Ouroboros's Aesop Dekker, Bosse-De-Nage have developed a rabid fanbase despite their refusal to take promo pictures, do interviews or even play live very often.
Still, their recordings, which add elements of post-punk and guitar-driven indie rock to a brutal black metal attack, have drawn much critical acclaim, with many describing them as black metal's answer to Slint.
III will be released on June 26. A very promising track from the album called "The Arborist" can be streamed below.
