We already heard some new Boots music thanks to his 30-minute short film Motorcycle Jesus, and now he's shared the material without the visuals in the form of a soundtrack EP.
The soundtrack shifts between quiet, atmospheric balladry and heavy electro-rock. Tracks like "Mercy" and "Teen Reader" build from quiet intros of dramatic climaxes, while "I Run Roulette" hints at Boots' pop background (remember that he has worked with Beyoncé) with an aggressive twist.
Hear the EP below, either as one track or as a five-song playlist. A couple of these songs have already been released as stand-alone singles. The EP is officially due out tomorrow (March 3).
