Booka Shade Hit Up Montreal and Toronto on North American Tour

When they released More! earlier this year, German house stalwarts Booka Shade explored a broader palette of sound. In their own words, "the album takes you through every stage of the night out; the excitement before you go out, the party, the late, late night, a bit of paranoia... and then the sunny morning of a new day." Now, the duo will be living these stages out with a headlining North American tour.

The run of shows kicks off with a pair of Canadian dates, in Montreal on October 20 and Toronto on October 21. From there, Booka Shade will hit up major U.S. destinations before concluding in Los Angeles on Halloween for the stacked HARD Haunted Mansion, which also features Underworld, A-Trak, Crookers, Boys Noize, Erol Alkan and many others.

In addition to the tour, Booka Shade continue to drop singles from More! via their Get Physical imprint. The latest is an EP revolving around the track "Teenage Spaceman." The release includes remixes from Booka Shade, Sei A (who contributes two remixes) and Tim Deluxe, as well as a radio edit of the song.

"Teenage Spaceman" was also the subject of a music video contest from fans. After various submissions, Booka Shade chose a jovial version from New Zealand's Matthew Harris. "We've never had a video with a sense of humour before and our initial reservations were slowly quashed as something kept making us return to watch it over and over," the group's Arno Kammermeier said in a statement. Harris's clip can be viewed below.
