Bob Dylan Tribute Album Unveils Massive 72-Song Tracklist with Queens of the Stone Age, Bryan Ferry, Bad Religion, Pete Townshend
Holy cow. We knew we'd soon be getting a star-studded new Bob Dylan tribute album in the form of Chimes of Freedom: Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International. What we didn't know was that it features an absolutely insane 72 tracks spread across four discs.

Previously announced contributors include Adele, My Morning Jacket, Patti Smith, Sting and Ke$ha. A glance at the tracklist shows that the album also includes new or otherwise unreleased covers from beloved acts like (deep breath) Pete Townshend, the Nightwatchman, the Gaslight Anthem, Rise Against, Queens of the Stone Age, Silversun Pickups, Billy Bragg, Elvis Costello, Diana Krall, Mark Knopfler, Joan Baez, K'naan, Bryan Ferry, Bad Religion, Sinéad O'Connor, Carly Simon, Cage the Elephant, Jeff Beck, Pete Seegar and Lucinda Williams.

Oh, and there's also some mega-famous stars to appeal to the teenage shopping-mall crowd like Miley Cyrus, Maroon 5, Sugarland, My Chemical Romance and actress Evan Rachel Wood.

The whole thing is rounded out by Bob's original version of the title track, which appeared on 1964's Another Side of Bob Dylan.

The album comes out in North America on January 24 through Fontana Distribution. As the title indicates, all profits go to Amnesty International. Until then, whet your appetite by scanning the enormous tracklist below.
