Bob Dylan

"Married to My Hack" (performed by Jim James, Marcus Mumford, Elvis Costello) (lyric video)

As recently reported, some big-name stars have teamed up to record long-lost Bob Dylan lyrics, and now we've got a new taste of the forthcoming Lost on the River: The New Basement Tapes thanks to the newly unveiled "Married to My Hack."

This fuzzy, raucous rocker is fronted by Elvis Costello, but he delivers the cryptic poetry with a tumble-off-the-tongue vocal approach that's pure Dylan. The words pop up in the lyric video, which is a quirky mix of vintage-looking footage, animations and hand-scrawled words.

Other artists involved in the project include Jim James of My Morning Jacket, Marcus Mumford of Mumford and Sons, Taylor Goldsmith of Dawes, Rhiannon Giddens of Carolina Chocolate Drops and T-Bone Burnett.

Lost on the River: The New Basement Tapes will arrive on November 21 via Harvest Records.
