Boards of Canada's Record Store Day 12-Inch Back on eBay

Boards of Canada's absurd album announcement for Tomorrow's Harvest included, among other things, a few one-of-a-kind teaser 12-inch records. The record that was found at New York's Other Music sold on eBay earlier this month for a whopping $5,700. Now, however, it's back on the market.

Don't worry, there are no scams at work here. Instead, the seller explains that he's had to deal with unreliable eBay users. On his page, he writes, "this record was up for auction last week, but due to non-paying bidders, i am using a "buy it now" listing w/ a best offer option. the buy it now price is set at the final auction price."

If you feel like dropping a stack of bills on this abstract audio 12-inch (with a less than one-minute run time, we might add), you can head over to the auction site here. And who knows — maybe you'll get lucky and find out that no one cares anymore, and you can make a ridiculously low offer on the slab of wax.

Boards of Canada's Tomorrow's Harvest will be available on June 11 via Warp.
