Britpop is back! Okay, so Oasis remain broken up, but Blur have officially returned, and this evening (April 14), they performed on BBC's Later… with Jools Holland.

On a set decorated with ice cream cones, the band played the sprightly acoustic rocker "Ong Ong." A troupe of backup singers were on hand to sing the "la la la" harmonies, and the results were pleasantly sprightly although not very adventurous.

Natalie Prass and Laura Marling appeared on the same episode. Watch performances from all three acts below.

"Ong Ong" will be on Blur's album The Magic Whip, which drops on April 27 through Parlophone.
