Bloor Ossington Folk Festival Adds Julie Doiron, By Divine Right, Grand Analog
This year's Bloor Ossington Folk Festival had already announced some of the acts that would be playing this year's event, and now the organizers have added even more performers to the free event, which runs from September 20 to 22 at Toronto's Christie Pits Park.

The Saturday (September 21) bill now includes Julie Doiron, By Divine Right, Grand Analog and Ian Blurton's Public Animal. As for closing event on Sunday (September 22), it now includes Lemon Bucket Orkestra.

In addition to the main stage acts, artists will perform on a side stage in Christie Pits Park and nearby at Saving Gigi, Studio 835 and Baltic Avenue.

Previously announced performers include Memoryhouse, Pick a Piper, the Golden Dogs, Catl., Sandman VC, Minotaurs, Bidiniband, Beams, the Schomberg Fair and Alex Lukashevsky.

Other attractions include local businesses selling products in the park, food from local restaurants, buskers, family activities and more. Go to the festival's website to learn more.

Before the festival, on September 8, there will be at clothing sale at Creatures Creating Art Collective (822 Dundas Street West) to raise money for the festival. This event will feature music from Eamon McGrath, Lake Forest and more.
