Blink-182 Dedicate "Aliens Exist" Performance to Tom DeLonge

BY Josiah HughesPublished Jun 30, 2019

Blink-182 are currently out on tour, playing Enema of the State in its entirety. That means the Blink-182 featuring Tom DeLonge stand-in Matt Skiba is performing DeLonge's "Aliens Exist" while the real DeLonge is out hunting for aliens. But there's no bad blood.

Continuing the trend of Blink-182 and their former leader revelling in mutual love, an early night of the tour saw the band dedicate "Aliens Exist" to DeLonge.

"This song goes out to Tom, wherever he is," Mark Hoppus said during the introductory drums of the alien-themed track, which proved far more prophetic than anyone could have guessed when it was first released in 1999.

Watch some crowd footage of the performance below, where you'll also find Blink-182's entire Enema tour itinerary.
