Blackburn Hall "49" (video)

Blackburn Hall "49" (video)
Hamilton trio Blackburn Hall are gearing up for the release of their upcoming self-titled debut, and in the meantime, the A Northern Chorus offshoot are looking back — way back — in the new video for the set's "49."

Compiled and edited by the Matt Hall and the band's Pete Hall, the video first pairs a hickory-chewing alt-country arrangement with black and white shots of wagon caravans, wheat fields, horse-riding foragers scouring river bends and the onset of a plains-wrecking flood. A more pronounced, fuzz-laced guitar sound arrives along with the onset of a pair of timbre-terrorizing axe-wielders.

You'll discover the rest of the nature-indebted visuals down below.
