Straight up, this DVD rips. The Black Dahlia Murder aren't just amazing musicians, they're a death metal band that don't take themselves too seriously; they're also a hilarious group of bros who love to get naked, drink Jägermeister and smoke a ton of pot. The funniest music DVD since ETID's Shit Happens, Majesty is a two-disc package that contains, well, other dudes' packages but more importantly, a doc featuring these Michigan boys acting like stoned, drunk man-babies, their history as a band and interviews with a ton of other acts, as well as Metal Blade personalities. The second DVD evens the package out with live footage of BDM performing across the planet. The live material looks stunning, plus it does great justice to the band and their deserved rep as one of America's top death metal bands, while the extras include their music videos, which also rule. Buy this DVD is you're into BDM, buy this DVD if your into chubby dudes with tattoos getting messed up and buy this DVD if you're tired of seeing bands that take themselves way too seriously. Don't buy this if you're16 and are looking for a new haircut style.
