Smashing Pumpkins honcho Billy Corgan returned as William Patrick Corgan with a new solo album called Cotillions last year. Now, he's treated one of that record's tracks to a performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Perched in front of a grand piano, Billy's home edition of the song saw him deliver "Hard Times" on a chill acoustic guitar. It's a solid performance, to be sure, but it's really Billy's weird hat that comes out the star of the show.
