Billie Eilish Goes Dark (Literally) in Her "everything i wanted" video

BY Brock ThiessenPublished Jan 23, 2020

Billie Eilish is back with a new set of visuals. This time, it's for her 2019 track "everything i wanted," whose clip once again find her in the director's chair — though she may want to hire a new lighting crew.

As is typically the case, the song was co-written by Eilish and her brother FINNEAS. In a statement, Eilish said the following the video:

My brother and I wrote this song about each other and I wanted to create a visual that emphasizes that no matter what, we'll be there for each other through everything. This is the second video I've directed of mine. We worked so hard, for hours and hours on end. I love it, I hope you do too.

We're not what else to really say about the clip, though, because we're having some trouble making out what's actually going on. Maybe it's our old-tech monitor or our computer-damaged old-people eyes, but the video is so damn dark that we can barely make anything out.

That said, you can try to see it for yourself below. Good luck!

Eilish will be heading out on a world tour in 2020, and you can see all those dates here. As previously reported, she's also set to do the Bond theme for the upcoming for No Time to Die.
