Just over three years removed from releasing his I DECIDED. album, Big Sean has revealed the title of his fifth studio LP.
In a teaser video shared today — his 32nd birthday — the rapper revealed that his forthcoming new album will be titled Detroit 2.
While a release date and tracklist have yet to be revealed, the title appears to bill the effort as a sequel to Sean's 2012 mixtape Detroit.
The accompanying teaser video finds Sean reflecting on what his hometown means to him. It also features snippets of new music, including the Michael Jackson-sampling "Human Nature" that was passed around the web by leakers last year.
Detroit 2 will be released through G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam. Last year, Big Sean shared new songs "Bezerk," "Single Again" and "Overtime."
