Published Aug 05, 2011Rising hip-hop star Big Sean has been arrested on sex-related charges. The Michigan-based G.O.O.D. Music recording artist was picked up by New York police last night (August 4) following a concert he performed in Lewiston, NY, with charges alleging third-degree sex abuse, forcible touching and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Prior to this, Big Sean was riding high on the release of his recent Finally Famous LP, not to mention his high-profile collab with Wiz Khalifa and Curren$y, "Weed Brownies."
UPDATE: Big Sean's lawyer Scott E. Leemon has released the following statement:
Last night, recording artists, Sean "Big Sean" Anderson and Willie "Sayitainttone" Hansbro were arrested and then immediately released by the NY State Police in connection with an allegation made by a female who was at their concert in Lewiston, New York. Both men were charged with misdemeanors and they both vehemently deny the allegations. I am confident, that after further investigation, both men will be vindicated.
