Coming off the heels of Big K.R.I.T.'s 2013 mixtape King Remembered in Time, the Mississippi spitter has revealed he has a new studio ablum on the way dubbed Cadillactica.

Though little is known about the album at present, the rapper announced the new project at the BET Hip Hop Awards on Saturday (September 28), and again confirmed the project today (September 30) over Twitter. Though a due date has not been cemented, the album will arrive via Def Jam

Speaking at the awards show, K.R.I.T. noted that while he's served up his own beats in the past, this time around he'll just be rapping. He also threw around names  like Organized Noize, DJ Tone, Jim Johnson and Rico Love as potentially being attached to the project. You can see the video down below.

Despite the recent mixtape release, this will be K.R.I.T.'s first major label studio release since last year's Live from the Underground.
