Since last year's eponymous Beyoncé full-length, releasing a surprise digital album has become colloquially known as "pulling a Beyoncé." Well, it looks as if the much-loved star might be about to pull one once again.
The source of this news is an apparently leaked photo from Columbia Records and Bey's own Parkwood Entertainment. If the image is accurate, there will be two major releases this month: on November 14, Beyoncé - Volume 2 will be released on iTunes. This will allegedly feature 11 new tracks (including a remix of the previously released "Flawless"), with guests including Justin Timberlake, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj.
Then, on November 25, a four-disc psychical set called Beyoncé - The Complete Edition will hit stores. This will come with the album on CD, plus DVDs containing 28 music videos, an apparent live doc called Mrs. Carter Show World Tour 2013-2014, and a concert film called On the Run: Live from Paris (presumably culled from her On the Run tour with husband Jay Z).
Given the uncertain origin of the memo, we can't confirm whether this is actually real. One slightly suspicious point is that there's a typo in the release date of Beyoncé - The Complete Edition: the announcement says that November 25 is a Monday, but it's actually a Tuesday. It also mentions 28 music videos, when there are only 25 tracks on the album.
