Beck Teams Up with Members of the Strokes for Eagles of Death Metal Cover

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Mar 18, 2016

The music world has been enthusiastically responding to Eagles of Death Metal's call to cover "I Love You All the Time," and the latest artists to answer are Beck and a couple of Strokes.

Strokes' drummer Fabrizio Moretti and guitarist Nick Valensi have joined forces with Beck to contribute their own rendition of the Eagles of Death Metal tune, joining the ranks of previous contributors like the Dean Ween Group, My Morning Jacket, Florence and the Machine, Chelsea Wolfe, Nada Surf and more.

Josh Homme initially put out the call to cover in November, following the terrorist attacks on the Bataclan in Paris. All proceeds from the "I Love You All the Time" covers will go to Homme's charity the Sweet Stuff Foundation — more specifically to assist friends, family and survivors affected by the Paris attacks.
