Beck Details Vinyl Reissue Campaign

For vinyl collectors around the globe, Beck records have long commanded hefty sums through sites like Discogs due to their rarity. That's now about to change, with the artist lifting the curtain on plans to reissue his entire back catalogue on wax for the first time.

Breaking the news through a Facebook post today (September 21), it was revealed that the string of reissues will kick off on October 28 with 1996's Odelay, 2002's Sea Change and 2005's Guero coming to vinyl first. Beck also revealed that Sea Change would be pressed across two LPs, while Guero will me made available as a single LP for the first time.

Pre-order postings from Universal reveal that Mellow Gold, Mutations, Midnight VulturesThe Information and Modern Guilt reissues will be announced at a later date.

Beck's as-yet-untitled new studio album is due October 21 via Capitol Records.
