Montreal electronic duo Beat Market unveiled their album Red Magic back in 2012, but now they're releasing a newly reworked version of the same songs. This reissue is due out on April 1, but you can already dig into the new and improved version of the album here on Exclaim.ca.
So what's different about this version of the album? Well, this is apparently closer to what the duo perform live. It includes organic drum beats, plus a new mix from producer French Fox and mastering from Mike Marsh (Björk, Massive Attack, Chemical Brothers).
Beyond that, the album is made up of the pair's usual futuristic synths and thumping dance rhythms. And if you're looking for some wild visuals to go with the experience, you can also check out Beat Market's newly revealed "Aviator 2000" video here.
